This dive site is located on a small coral beach with beautiful clear blue water, therefore also known as Ol’ Blue. Here, your friends or children who don’t want to dive or are not able to, will have great fun on the beach or snorkeling.
In this spot the sponges and corals are massive and that makes this a really special place. Snorkelers will find a lot of coral and a remarkable number of young fish on the plateau between 16 and 30 feet. Behind that, the reef wall drops down steeply to 118 feet. The largest sponges are found between 59 and 79 feet, near the second edge.
Do you want to visit Tolo? In Bonaire Dive Guide you can find more information and detailed directions. Convenient, as many dive sites on the North coast are off road and hard to find. The guide is also practical as a reference and safe: leaving your mobile phone in the car during a dive is not wise.
