This dive site is located on the northwest side of Klein Bonaire. There is not much current and therefore this place is suitable for novice divers. The reef consists of a long wall that slopes down deep so please note how high you are.
On the shallow plateau you will find many hard and soft corals. If you look carefully between the mounds of rocks and pieces of coral you will spot octopuses. The drop off starts at 33 feet and here you will find the most fish. The upper part of the reef contains many anemones with cleaner shrimps and some fine tube sponges and vase sponges. To a depth of 52 feet you will find seahorses and pipefish. Hard coral can be found at 66 feet, with special kinds of healthy coral.
Do you want to visit Mi Dushi? In Bonaire Dive Guide you can find more information and detailed directions. Convenient, as many dive sites on the North coast are off road and hard to find. The guide is also practical as a reference and safe: leaving your mobile phone in the car during a dive is not wise.
