This beach owes its funny name to the size of the sandy part of the beach, which is just big enough for seven people to sunbathe next to each other. Although not large, it is definitely worthwhile to visit. It’s a great place for snorkeling or scuba diving, the underwater life is beautiful and abundant.
This cute and cozy little beach is at Hamlet Oasis Bonaire. You get there by walking through a drive-through at the dive center and a staircase to the beach. Just above this beach are some nice colored picnic tables where you have a beautiful view of a part of our coast.
We love to picnic here and have a nice chat about what we went through or are going to do yet, but you can also find many divers and snorkelers here, during a break with a snack and a nice get together. On this dive site, which we call ‘Cliff’, you can experience beautiful wall dives for experts, but beginners and snorkelers can experience a lot as well. It is always pleasantly crowded in this water and that’s a wonderful sight from the beach.
Seven Body Beach is one of the beaches on Bonaire we call ‘playa’ even though it is small and has no sand. For us, a “playa” is more than just sand. It’s a place where we can come together in the water and cool off!
Come and join us here and watch the divers and snorkelers or fishermen sailing by in their boats. Relax while enjoying lovely background music or one of our beautiful sunsets and end your day with us!
