This dive site is located at the north side of Klein Bonaire and is also known as Jerry ‘s Jam. This is one of the most beautiful dive sites of Klein Bonaire. You can snorkel wonderfully, dive in shallow water and take perfect pictures.
The buoy is 20 feet deep, near the shore. There is almost no shallow plateau because the reef drops right after the buoy. You can still have great snorkeling because of the large numbers of fish and beautiful coral. Along the way you see caves and overhangs with lobsters and octopuses.
At the drop off at 33 feet you will find lots of coral and many reef fish. Here you have a great chance to also encounter a nurse shark. The best depth is up to 69 feet. You can make great pictures here. Go here preferably at mid-morning because the sun is behind the coral than and offers beautiful light.
Do you want to visit Ebo’s Special? In Bonaire Dive Guide you can find more information and detailed directions. Convenient, as many dive sites on the north coast are off road and hard to find. The guide is also practical as a reference and safe: leaving your mobile phone in the car during a dive is not wise.
